What's the difference between the product inferno wrap and a regular heating pad?

The inferno wrap wraps around the area of your arm, leg, etc, and delivers heat to the affected area supposedly helping your tendinitis. If all it does is give heat wouldn't a 15$ heating pad be just as useful as this 149.99$ product?
