To Black people, which is a bigger problem concerning police - too much or too little, why?
What I mean by this is I once read the Kerner Report that came out in the 1960s and a conclusion in it was that black people in the neighborhoods that suffered bad riots saw police neglect as more of a problem than police brutality. So my question is now a days, which is really more of a problem for black people concerning police in their neighborhoods- over policing such as a rodney king beating, racial profiling based pullovers, and police harrassment or under policing such as cops taking 3-4 hours to respond to 911 calls in black neighborhoods, cops not taking black victims seriously, and cops ignoring vices such as drugs and prostitution in black neighborhoods. I know the media and the Al Sharpton sorts make it seem like over policing is a bigger issue for black people but not fully trusting the media, that is why I ask this question.
